Using the same background settings for neighbouring ROIs

Hi there!
I'm trying to do reconstructions of a relatively large area (14x14 um) and I'm splitting it into a few hundreds of partially overlapping ROIs to do 3B analysis. However not all ROIs can get sufficient background regions as recommended. I was wondering if it was possible (and if it will be useful) to set the same background for several or all the ROIs. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The documentation is slightly ambiguous in this regard.

It is required that the image has sufficient background, not the individual ROIs. The 3B code analyses the entire image to determine the background model and then uses this in the ROIs.
